We May Have A Leader For Real

"Mazlan Othman, a Malaysian astrophysicist, is set to be tasked with co-ordinating humanity’s response if and when extraterrestrials make contact.

Aliens who landed on earth and asked: “Take me to your leader” would be directed to Mrs Othman.
Mrs Othman is currently head of the UN’s little known Office for Outer Space Affairs (Unoosa).

In a recent talk to fellow scientists, she said: “The continued search for extraterrestrial communication, by several entities, sustains the hope that some day human kind will received signals from extraterrestrials.

“When we do, we should have in place a coordinated response that takes into account all the sensitivities related to the subject. The UN is a ready-made mechanism for such coordination.”

he plan to make Unoosa the co-ordinating body for dealing with alien encounters will be debated by UN scientific advisory committees and should eventually reach the body’s general assembly.

Opinion is divided about how future extraterrestrial visitors should be greeted. Under the Outer Space Treaty on 1967, which Unoosa oversees, UN members agreed to protect Earth against contamination by alien species by “sterilising” them.
Mrs Othman is understood to support a more tolerant approach.

But Professor Stephen Hawking has warned that alien interlopers should be treated with caution.

He said: “I imagine they might exist in massive ships, having used up all the resources from their home planet. The outcome for us would be much as when Christopher Columbus first landed in America, which didn’t turn out very well for the Native Americans.”

UFO studies should be 'legitimate university subject', claims American professor

"The New York anthropology professor said the subject should be part of the mainstream as a serious “area of study”.

The Niagara County Community College, a state university in New York, lecturer said due to the high amount of sightings every year, it should follow that students should be able to investigate phenomenon.



“It's important that the whole subject be brought out in the open and investigated.”

Prof Haseley, who is also head of the Western New York Mutual UFO Network, an organisation that is focused on UFO research, said there were up to 50 UFO sightings are reported every month across region.

He said the group investigated the sightings in a “scientific manner” using field investigation, radar, astronomy and meteorology.

"To say we are UFO believers basically implies we are taking this on faith, and that's not the case. There's plenty of evidence,” he said."

You do not have to be an avid believer in UFOs to know of Stanford Friedman.He is often on the History Channel and other documentaries on the subject.Hr is long associated with the field having worked with with some of the earliest and most influential ufologists such as J. Allen Hynek and James E. McDonald.He is a frequent speaker at international events.

In a speech in Denver recently, at MUFON's 40th Annual International UFO Symposium. His topic at the conference is the 'Pseudoscience of Anti-Ufology.' There are a number of people who masquerade as scientific investigators of the UFO phenomenon, he said, but these debunkers don't actually investigate, nor are they scientific. He detailed the "four basic rules of debunkers:
* What the public doesn't know, I'm not going to tell.
* Don't bother me with the facts, my mind is made up.
* If you can't attack the data, attack the people, it's easier.
*
Do your research by proclamation-- investigation is too much trouble, and nobody will notice the difference anyway.

A Different Thought About The Moon

Remember your Grandmother saying bad things happen "since they walked on the moon."A lot of folks thought that.
Last week, I heard something I have not heard before.What do you make of this?

"Tom in Seattle revealed what may have been the real reason NASA's Moon program was cancelled after Apollo 17. Tom said a NASA contract officer told him that astronauts aboard the Lunar Orbiter saw lights from a giant moonbase while they were on the dark side of the moon. A voice speaking in English came on their radio and ordered them to "explore no further," Tom added."

Michael Salla spoke about how government policies are evolving around the issue of ET and UFO disclosure. He views disclosure as being part of a process that in many ways began with Steven Greer's 2001 press event. He foresees a gradual series of steps by the Obama administration to move towards more openness, first about UFO sightings, then admissions of microbes on other planets such as Mars, and eventually there could be the acknowledgment of intelligent ET life.

Key players in the Obama administration around the disclosure issue include Hillary Clinton, who was said to be briefed on the Rockefeller Initiative in 1995, and Dennis Blair, the Director of National Intelligence, who Salla said became familiar with USOs (unidentified submerged objects) as a Navy admiral. Conditioning the public through mass media, such as popular films with ET subjects, is also propelling the issue forward, he noted.

Salla reviewed noteworthy whistleblower testimony, such as that of Airman 2nd Class Wilbur Kirtland (pseudonym), a medic who worked at Holloman AFB in 1955, when Eisenhower purportedly met with ETs and signed an agreement with them. Kirtland said he overheard two pilots talking about a 45-minute meeting that took place aboard a flying saucer. Recovered UFOs & ETs:

Recently, a program included UFO researcher and former U.S. Army Sergeant, Clifford Stone.He spoke about his covert work with the military, helping to recover crashed discs, and communicating with ETs. In one such operation, he said his team came upon a heel-shaped craft that was embedded in the ground, and an alien, similar to what is described as a "grey," lying outside the ship.

Having had ET encounters as a child, Stone said he was called upon to communicate with the captured alien being, who was being held in a military facility. The ET had chalk-like grey skin, and large black eyes with vertical slits, and the two conversed telepathically. He ended up helping the being to escape, and it was rescued by ET craft, he detailed. The military has tried to back-engineer ET craft, and between 1986-7 they got one into the air, but it crashed, he noted.

57 different alien species have been cataloged visiting our planet-- some of them so bizarre appearing that you wouldn't recognize them as life forms, while others could pass for human, he stated. They're able to travel here through wormholes, but arrive outside of our atmosphere so as not to cause disturbances such as sonic booms, Stone continued.

On Wednesday's show, author L.A. Marzulli discussed his research exploring UFO phenomena and contacts with entities, which he's chronicled in his new eBook The Alien Interviews. Most skeptics ignore data from alien abduction cases, Dr. David Jacobs told Marzulli, who cited a case where a woman was abducted in front of nine other people, and had signs of radiation sickness upon her return. Joe Jordan of the CE4 Research Group has engendered controversy in the UFO community. He claimed his evidence that abductions can be stopped by reciting the name of Jesus, has been hushed up, said Marzulli.


A pair of witnesses named Matt & Laura revealed to Marzulli they saw a wide diamond-shaped craft with blinding lights doing acrobatic flips in a field, while contactee Lynne Dickie told him entities advised her to take photos of the sky, and later she saw spaceships in the photos.

He has concluded that UFOs, alien abductions, cattle mutilations, and other phenomena are interrelated. Marzulli believes the entities people call aliens are not actually extraterrestrial, but rather interdimensional. They are malevolent, fear-mongering beings, equivalent to the fallen angels of the Bible, he said.
