Here it is from the mountains of North Georgia the story in his own words:

"Demonic Presence or Spontaneous Human Combustion

Some people believe Halloween is a time of unusual communication with the dead.I do not necessarily agree but did have a very unusual Halloween Eve several years ago.I was asked to investigate an old three story farm house in the mountains of North Georgia.

I had attended college near there several years ago.Many of my classmates knew of my interest in Paranormal research even though there were no opportunities to study it there.
A classmate had told me of this house that belonged to a distant relative,As is said there "A cousin on my mother's side twice removed."He said that the family had kept the house for several generations adding some improvements and extra rooms in no special order through the last 100 years.

It was told that on three occasions there had been "very strange fires".One nearly destroyed the top floor and a young woman had died.The other two fires had taken place in the past decade.One was in the living room only and the second in the kitchen.
No one was home at the time of the fires neither did the Volunteer Fire Department respond.
The police were called by the family upon their return because human remains were found in the burned area.
No one ever discovered who these bodies were or how they happened to be in the house.Each fire had happened the night before Halloween.

In attempts to deal with my rather boring Accountant job, I with two friends do some paranormal investigations in the Gainesville area.
At my college friends' request,put something like a dare, we set off to the mountains to spend the night in the house and see if a fire started that Halloween Eve .There also were some recurring footsteps and noises from the upper floor reported.

With cameras, recorders,EVP's and enthusiasm we arrived and set up shop.
Around midnight we heard the noises upstairs but found nothing.There were areas of cold but nothing else.
We returned to the Living Room, which was our base, and sat watching the monitors.

Around 3AM "The Demon's Hour" there was a big whoosh sound.To our amazed eyes, the Recliner burst into flames.In our amazement and rush as we saw someone sitting in the chair..we did not take any pictures but rushed to put out the flames.
Someone had thoughtfully brought a small fire extinguisher usually in a kitchen.By the time she got it and ran to the chair, the flames were out.

Sitting in the chair was a charred human looking form with one undamaged arm and foot protruding.M reached for the video camera and just as quickly, the form disappeared.

The whoosh sound and our reactions were on the tape and the video but not one picture from the entire stay showed on the films.

We were stumped and frightened.We left quickly with a plan never to return.Accounting looked a whole lot better after this experience.

On the way home we discussed whether the first fire might have been a case of Spontaneous Human Combustion and the other two some sort of haunting or demon apparition of the same type thing.Who knows?.."

We Have A Winner

Of course each of us is a special person and a winner.I am speaking of the judges verdict in the Halloween Story Give Away.
After some deliberation and only one near fight they decided on a unique story that I will post tomorrow.

The gift basket is on the way to the North Georgia city of Gainesville so the winner will have a clean and good smelling Halloween.He plans to dress as a vampire which has nothing to do with the story.He also does not want his name given as employers are not aware of the sideline paranormal excursions.So if you want to check out the award winner just come back tomorrow.

In looking up some information on line about Psychic Children,I found two references and one book mentioned about this wonderous pattern being studied.
It seems that evidence is reported that they can change DNA in a petri dish!

It went on to say that Paul Dong and Thomas E. Raffill wrote China's Super Psychics. It reports China's investigation of these new psychic children who have begun to emerge since 1974.It began with the young boy who could see with his ears.
Initially they did not want to believe it but then found over 1000 children with similar ability.
The Chinese government claims that these children, when blindfolded, could see either with their ears, nose, mouth, tongue, armpits, hands or feet.
Each child was different and his and her vision from these unheard-of areas was perfect. These tests were not just a percentage right some of the time; they were flawless.
They have developed special schools for the children to further develop and test the abilities.

"The Omni tests
I first spoke about these children in 1985 when I mentioned the article about them in Omni magazine. Omni was invited to come to China to observe some of these children and write an article about them. Omni assumed that there might be cheating involved, so when they were given some of these children to test, they conducted their examinations in a way that ruled out any possible cheating. They left nothing to chance.

One of the tests began this way: With the children present, Omni took a stack of books and at random selected one of them, then opened the book at random and ripped out a page, crumpling it up into a small ball. Omni then placed it in the armpit of one of these children -- and this child could read every word on the page perfectly! After many varied tests, Omni became convinced that the phenomenon was real, but they could not explain how these kids were doing it. Their report was released in their January 1985 issue.

But Omni was not the only one to send researchers to observe these children. Several other world magazines and also papers in respected journals such as Nature, a prestigious science magazine, have also agreed that this phenomenon is real."


'According to Paul Dong in China's Super Psychics, seeing with various parts of the body was the psychic ability that caught the attention of the Chinese government, but this ability was quickly understood to be only the tip of the iceberg. These children began to demonstrate other psychic abilities that are truly difficult to accept inside this ''normal'' reality

One child would take a sealed bottle of pills off a shelf at random, like vitamin pills, for example. The bottle would be sealed with the original plastic wrap and have a tightly screwed metal or plastic top. The bottle would then be placed in the center of a large bare table. Then a video camera would observe what happened next.

The child would say to the audience that he/she was beginning, but nothing was visible to the audience. Suddenly, the pills inside the sealed bottle would pass right through the glass and appear on the table. In many cases, the child would then take another object, such as a coin, set it on the table, and it would pass into the sealed bottle. This demonstration and others like it are definitely approaching what I would call fourth-dimensional consciousness. What you think and what happens are connected.

There are several other psychic abilities that have been demonstrated in China, according to this book. If you are interested, read what has been reported. You may think that this is just magic tricks, but when you see these things in person, it is very hard to explain. For the first 10 years the Chinese government would not believe it either, until the number of these children who could do these things kept growing. By the time China's Super Psychics was released in 1997, the Chinese government had identified more than 100,000 of these children. In fact, by about 1985, the government and the Chinese scientific community simply had to admit it was true"

Mr. Dong reports how several times a large audience of a thousand people or more would enter the auditorium and be handed a live rosebud. When everyone was seated and quiet, the demonstration would begin with a young Chinese girl, about 6 years old, who would come on stage all by herself and stand in the center facing the audience. Then with a silent wave of her hand, the thousand rosebuds would slowly open into full-blown, beautiful roses before the eyes of the astonished audience.

Mr. Dong also speaks of how more than 5,000 young children have demonstrated in public another amazing feat. Realize here that the Chinese government has carefully tested these children .... The government is convinced it is true.

"My mom told me when I was about two years old I was playing with my doll. I was playing like I was giving birth to her. When my mom asked me what I was doing, I told her all about childbirth using words I should not have known.

And a little while after that she took me to the doctor for an ear infection and I asked the doctor if he was going to cup me open again. He asked what I meant and I told him last time I went to the doctor, he cut me open here and showed him where a Cescarian scar would be. I looked at my mom and told her that was my other daughter, Cheryl. She had a time trying to explain that to the doctor!

When I was three years old I used to point my finger in my mothers face and say, "Do you remember when I was YOUR mother?" Yes, I definitely believe in reincarnation.

This is similar to one posted on line .this tiny boy said to his mother;"I liked my OTHER mother lots better than you."

(about 18-20 years ago) my uncle and aunt and their 3-4 kids (cant remember how many were born at that time) moved to Haiti (so he could be a missionary doctor). Well the people in their town did not like them becuase they were American, Christia, etc. and they would come and do voodoo in front of their house. Well they fetl like evil spirits were around, but didn't have any proof. One day thier daughter kept pointing to a closet saying "hi, whats your name?" over and over and talking to what seemed like nothing. Finally they opened the closet and their was a voodoo doll on the shelf.

WHAT ARE TAROT CARDS?

The Tarot is an ancient Western occult psychological and philosophical system consisting of 78 cards divided into the Major and Minor Arcana.
The 22 cards of the Major Arcana represent in archetypal symbols wo/man’s journey through life.
The remaining 56 cards,( which are the forerunners of our contemporary playing cards )consist of 16 Court Cards and 40 number cards divided into four suits.

Because the Tarot relies on the universal language of symbolism, its influence has, over several centuries, spread throughout the world unrestricted by language barriers or semantics. And, since symbolism is also the language of the unconscious, the use of the Tarot tends to activate the intuitive mind or right-brain center.

No one knows for sure where or when the Tarot first appeared. The earliest deck still in existence is the Visconti-Sforza dated approximately 1432. Tarot cards are believed to be of many different origins: from hermetic sciences,from Goddess times,from Egypt, spread by the gypsies, related to religious history, or created by philosophers.
With the varied history numbers of avid participants throughout the centuries have been believers in the use of Tarot Cards in divination.

WHAT ARE SOUL CARDS?

I have used Tarot cards in the past and own a multitude of decks but currently I work with three magickal decks that I designed and painted myself over a period of ten years and they are:

The Goddess Deck features Goddesses for each of the Astrological signs and was originally painted for my book titled The Zodiac Goddess Playbook.

The Fairy Herbal Healing Deck features fairy and cat herbal watercolors, each associated with a particular magical herb or flower. Magickal herbal healing advice is included with each reading








ARE SOUL CARDS AND TAROT CARDS SIMILAR?
All kinds of divination tools are used by psychics and intuitive people and all these tools speak their own language depending on who is using them. Sometimes a psychic tool is used by the psychic to give their client something to focus on and to help put them at ease.

According to Loyd Auerbach, in his book ESP, Hauntings and Poltergeists, (Warner Books, 1986), receptive ESP consists of precognition, knowledge of the future, retrocognition, knowledge of the past, and the “clairs.” Clairaudience is psychic hearing. Clairvoyance is psychic seeing and not, as many people mistakenly think, the ability to see into the future or into the past. Clairaroma is smelling; Clairgustus, tasting and Clairsentience, a bodily sensation or the sense of touch, not the ability to feels others’ emotions intensely. People who have this ability are called empaths.

My own personal 6th sense is visual, auditory, and feeling based. I have also been guided by my dreams and have kept a record of all my dreams since I was 13 years old. Very often the Ancestors of a person will step in and offer loving guidance and pertinent advice and hearing from a loved one who has passed away can be an incredibly moving experience plus the advice is often very much needed.


MY FAVORITE STORY

My favorite paranormal experience involves the wildflower fairies and a Native American Spirit Guide connected with the countryside around my home in Southern California. Scattered around the property, beginning in late Spring, are a multitude of seed pods belonging to the wild cucumber plant; (otherwise known as Big Root or marah fabaceus – it has a spine covered melon filled with nut-like seeds.)
I spend a lot of time in nature acquainting myself with many wild plants in hopes of meeting with the local nature spirits (elementals). The fairies never appeared to me in 3D but instead shimmered and sparked out of the corner of my eye, almost like a dream vision, but a dream vision with some very specific information about a particular plant. During my time spent with the wild cucumber plant I also saw and felt myself in contact with a very sad and withdrawn young Native American woman who had shut herself away from the world but seemed to be very connected with the melon or four chambered pod of the wild cucumber plant.
I later looked up the Native American herbal healing lore associated with this plant and discovered that “according to oral history, either this plant’s seeds or the root (or both) were once used to put an end to human lives.
Here, so it’s said, was a suicide plant for Indians consumed by the death wish.” I was astonished do believe that the Spirit of that woman was in contact with me so I wished her well and blessed the land in return for allowing me this vision.

A Legend Of King Arthur And Stonehedge

Is the story of King Arthur A Legend or reality? Among the many myths and legends surrounding Stonehedge and it's origin,there is an interesting one of Merlin,King Arthur and the the megalithic structure.

Geoffrey of Monmouth in his "Histories of the Kings of Brition" brings up King Arthur and Stonehenge for the first time. Geoffrey talks of Vortigern, Earl of the "Gewissi" (in the time of King Constantine) who was planning to steal the crown from Constantine's son, Constans. When Constans became King, Vortigern engaged some men attack Constans while he was asleep and cut off his head. Vortigern then became King and ruled until the Saxon's, lead by Hengist and Horsa invaded England in the 5th century. Vortigen married Hengist's daughter Rown in hopes to quell the invasion but Hengist still planned to take over Briton.

One faitful day near Salisbury, Hengist called a meeting of Britons and Saxons. During the meeting the Saxons attacked the Princes of Briton and "cut the throats of about four hundred and sixty." This act lead to the battle of the Britons and Saxons at "Mount Badon" in the 6th century where King Arthur is mentioned for the first time.

Ambrosius Aurelianus, according to Geoffrey was Uther Pendragon's (Arthur's magical father) brother and ruled with the help of the wizard Merlin.
One day the King came to Salisbury "where the Earls and Princes lay buried whom the accursed Hengist had betrayed" and was brought to tears. He wondered how best to make the place memorable. Merlin said,

"If thou be fain to grace the burial-place of these men with a work that shall endure forever, send for the Dance of the Giants that is in Killaraus, a mountain in Ireland. For a structure of stones is there that none of this age could raise save his wit were strong enough to carry his art. For the stones be big, noris there stone anywhere of more virtue, and, so they be set up round this plot in a circle, even as they be now there set up, here shall they stand for ever."

The Kind decreed that Uther Pendragon and fifteen thousand men would go to retrieve the stones. According to Geoffrey of Monmouth, the stones of the Giant's Ring were originally brought from Africa to Ireland by giants. The stones located on "Mount Killaraus" were used as a site for performing rituals and for healing. Led by King Uther and Merlin, the expedition set off for Ireland. The Irish heard of the expedition and King Gilloman raised his own army vowing that the Britons should not "carry off from us the very smallest stone of the Dance." In the end, Uther and his men prevailed in their battle with King Gilloman and proceeded to Mount Killaraus.

The Britons were unsuccessful in their attempts to move the great stones. At this point, Merlin realized that only his magic arts would turn the trick. So, they were dismantled and shipped back to Britain where they were set up as they had been before, in a great circle, around the mass grave of the murdered noblemen. Geoffrey also adds that Uther Pendragon, and King Constantine were also buried at Stonehenge.

The ancient standing stones of Stonehedge have been a pondered site for centuries.Who built it and why? How did they do it? Many theories have been developed.Almost all agree that the Druids used the site in ancient times.Many say it was there long before.It is still a subject of debate.

Two archeologists completing the first dig there in 44 years.Darville and Wainwright, think it might have been a site for healing.They also think the smaller bluestone rather than the towering trilithons may hold the key.If you are interested in this largest site in the world you might want to see this article.

One thing that was of interest to me other than their findings was the respectful way the 2 week dig was handled including not only filling back in where they worked but beginning and ending the dig with a ceremony conducted by eight druids in dress and a single drum....interesting,

If what I heard is true, perhaps OJ will become Triskaidekaphobic.

Triskaidekaphobia (from Greek tris=three, kai=and, deka=ten) is an irrational fear of the number 13;( it is a superstition and related to a specific fear of Friday the 13th, called paraskevidekatriaphobia.) according to Wikipedia.

It is said on the 13 th anniversary of Nicole and Ron's horrific murder he was found guilty of various crimes for which he was charged in Nevada.It was said the jury deliberated for 13 hours.,probably 1300 Thousands of people thought he murdered his wife and her friend those 13 years ago.It appears the number is not a lucky one for the former football hero.

Where did this superstition about 13 come from?.
It has roots in both Pagan and Christian beliefs..The Mesopotamian Code of Hammurabi (ca. 1760 BC) does not include 13 in its numberedlist ooof contents,.Thius, indicating the superstition existed long before the Christian era.
Ancient Persians believed the twelve constellations in the Zodiac controlled the months of the year, and each ruled the earth for a thousand years at the end of which the sky and earth collapsed in chaos. Therefore, the thirteenth is identified with chaos and the reason Persian leave their houses to avoid bad luck on the thirteenth day of the Persian Calendar. A tradition called Sizdah Bedar.

Numerologists consider the number 12 a complete number for several reasons: the number of apostles, the total number of tribes in Israel, the number of months in a year, the number of Olympian gods, the zodiac signs and Hercules' labours. 13's association with bad luck is the simple, unavoidable fact that it exceeds a complete number by just one.

Meekiyua Honors Her Grandmother

Meekiyua's experience

Meeikua shared her story recently.She is an artist from Etsy .Some of her work is in the video.You will probably want to go to her shop and see more as well as find out about her blog.
She says about herself and her work,"Currently I’m a part time student and part time receptionist but full time artist.

Meekiyu are the name of the tiny origami people who like you are moms! dads! grandparents! guys and gals! kiddies! teenies! and all in betweenie.Everyone has a lil Meekiyu unique for them!
Where did i come up with the name Meekiyu?
Mee is the first name of my dear grandma... kiyu is yuki mixed up which means snow.

Meekiyu was a spark as the last piece of art I would make in an art auction. After making a few they captured my imagination as I went on a frenzy making small Meekiyus of my friend and families. I strung them to make as key chains and decorations and soon this lead to their images on handmade canvas bags.
To me what makes Meekiyus different from my other art is that there is consistency but yet each Meekiyu was obviously different. I feel the origami paper and let my hand draw the face and a little personality is developed. Some are quiet, some are loud, some are mischievous and all the zillions facets of what each person is. Under the guidance of my mom and the old sewing machine, I craft each bag and draw each Meekiyu. As for their personal characters I’ll let you guys figure it out."

"oo i love scary stories... so I'll share one

since i was young i had always seen ghosts... not the sixth sense sort of way but they were not figments of my imagination. This one isn't really a scary story per say... but last year my grandma had passed away and during those weeks was horrible and i was numb.
One night i had a dream... my grandma was there and asked me "Are you warm?" it was something she always ask me during the winter because she's always afraid i would catch a cold. I remembered nodding. She smiled and disappeared into this light.
After that day I've never been worried or depressed over her death because i knew very well she was in a nice place. Was it real or just my own subconscious? I'd let you decide... "

Sometimes spooky stories are not about ghosts.On the radio program Coast To Coast last night there was some discussion that because of Global Warming and the resulting melting of the Polar Ice Cap, some scientists believe that a large portion of Methane gas kept contained by the ice is in danger of spouting up causing major shifting.Some bubbles have been observed.
One theory which I read about several months ago related to the Bermuda Triangle disappearances was that Bubbles from the sea (Methane?)actually caused the chaotic disappearance of ships,,,
Well, that will probably not make your day any better...What are we doing to our planet and ourselves??
